Superfit Final Reflection

Since the last report, I feel I have been more consistent in all aspects of the class. The initial soreness which came with superfit made me reluctant to put in effort or even show up first term. As I eased into the year, I found myself look forward to the class more. As field trips go, I think, aside from the hot yoga trip, which I admit I should have let you know beforehand, I have been good at being present or at least letting you know I wouldn't be going. I even went to the tae kown do despite the fact I wasn't able to lift my leg that day. I try to set an example for younger grades when it comes to fitness days, since many do not want to run or do said fitness. I like most fitness days and try to spread that view.

I took superfit because I like fitness and staying active. It is something which isn't that hard to do and I find it an extremely important part of life. It is a good way to just let energy out and is especially important to me as exams near and stress builds. I get motivated by common things such as beating my previous best and competing with other people, however I also get motivated by thinking how much harder different parts of everyday life would be if I weren't fit. Outside of PE/Superfit, I don't do any organized sports in the winter months, but I do try to go for runs or organize a game with friends, just casual things. Next semester I plan on going on more runs.

I don't tend to take a up front leadership role in the class, but I always try to motivate people who aren't feeling it that day or are just feeling lazy. I try to inspire everyone in the block to reach their full potential and try to improve. An example is during fitness testing, I helped the younger grades with the fitness testing and acted almost like a cheerleader when they didn't want to go on.

I have improved my work ethic and fitness this term and I feel like I have earned a 93-95 in the class.
